Clarks
Shoe sole and internal design for a black shoe/trainer crossover titled ‘Frontside Flow’ which was rolled out nationally across the UK. Clarks approached me to create a design that might encourage secondary schoolers to take pride in the typical uniform-requirement of black shoes. My design focused on optical illusions and structures that referenced skate parks. I also introduced the word ‘Clarks’ into the design, when the left and right shoe are lined up in a certain way. A pair came as either a strap or lace-up edition.
