Food illustrations for an article about fermentation

Riverford Farms have a beautifully produced magazine called Veg & Table. I was invited to illustrate an article on Fermented foods. I went with a loose, organic approach to depicting the ingrediants deploying a two-colour textured risographic overlay treatment.
